FITcircuit provides a full-body workout in 30 minutes.
Workouts use a circuit training approach with a mix of strength training, kickboxing, and cardio exercises. We welcome individuals of all fitness levels to join our supportive and motivating environment.
No Class Times
Workout when it’s convenient for you.
The daily workout at FITcircuit is pre-
planned and ready for you to begin when you arrive. Our staff trainer will always be available to guide you through the workout circuit.
